Big Daddy Les Millman was one of the
Charter Members of the Club. He was
the driving force behind re-establishing
the club in 2001. Along with the other
charter members, Les spent countless
hours working on building the Club. He
worked to get the Club's Historic Charter
with the AMA. He also tracked old
photos and information from the
early days. Big Les was devoted to HMC and there is no doubt that without his
hard work the Club would not be here today.
After Big Les retired from the Club he started the local chapter of the Tribe of
Judah Motorcycle Ministries. He reached out to anyone who needed help and
who were willing to help themselves. He took a special interest in the homeless,
inmates at the local jail, and other bikers who needed help.
Big Les didn't want people to mourn
over his passing. He wanted everyone
to remember the good times and
celebrate his life. Over his lifetime Les
made many friends. One of his final
wishes was for all his friends to come
together and have one last ride for him.
On August 10th 2008, the parking lot
at New Life Church in Huntington was
filled with bikes and the pews were
filled with Les's friends. After a service
made up of telling stories and sharing
memories, over one hundred
motorcycles lined up for a police
escort to I-64. From there the ride went
to the West Huntington exit and ended
at the west end of Ritter Park.
To show his faith to the world, Big Les started a website. The website
provides a good look into his heart. The URL is:

To our founder our friend our brother, Big Les: "You will always be in our
thoughts and with us on every ride. Rest in Peace and ride those streets of
Heaven every day!"
